Q
How do I prevent "splotchy" results when using the Vinyl Protectant? I've applied it on my car dash and it's uneven.
A
If you have previously applied another product to the surface, or it is new, there may be oil or silicone residue that needs to be removed before applying our Vinyl Protectant. You can spray surface with Frenzy Orange Concentrate, diluted 1:3 with water, or other all purpose cleaner, and wipe off. This should alleviate the splotchy problem and leave you with an even application.

Q
What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
A
That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.
Q
I heard about your wax from a friend of mine who has a boat. I was impressed with how his boat looks now compared to before. Is this wax safe to use on my car? If so, can I expect similar results?
A
All of our products, including Waxing Frenzy! are safe to use on your car. Waxing Frenzy! actually protects your paint and clear coat. Just apply a light coat, let it haze and wipe it off with a clean cloth. Also, try it around the house --on stainless steel sinks, chrome faucets, stove top (it protects up to 1200 degrees). See if it doesn't make your daily clean-up easier.
Q
Can Waxing Frenzy be used with a buffer?
A
Waxing Frenzy! is formulated for use with a buffer or by hand. Unless you have experience using a buffer, we would recommend having it done by a professional. In many cases, a boat may appear to need buffing, but using Waxing Frenzy! by hand will produce the results you are looking for.
Q
Can I use the Vinyl Protectant in a spray bottle instead of pouring it onto a cloth?
A
Yes, you can. However, we recommend pouring it onto a cloth (or applicator) to prevent overspray onto fiberglass, painted surfaces, or glass. It will not harm these surfaces, but you will create more work for yourself by having to go back and wipe it off.
Q
It doesn't make sense to me how you can combine a cleaner and a wax. Doesn't the dirt mix with the wax? And, wouldn't I just be smearing dirt and wax around on my boat?
A
This is one of the problems we were trying to solve when we developed Waxing Frenzy. It took a year and a half to develop an "engulfing agent" that would carry the contamination and deposit on the wipe-off rag without compromising the quality of the wax. This accomplishment is part of what sets us apart from other waxes. Waxing Frenzy is a true cleaning wax.
Q
I notice that your wax can be used as a chrome cleaner. How is this possible?
A
The combination of advanced polymers, carnauba wax, and silicon allow you to clean, polish, and protect your metal. We formulated it this way so we could wax our boats and metal using the same product. For tougher metal jobs (rust and corrosion), we recommend our Shark Tower.
Q
What makes your Orange Concentrate better than other brands I can buy in the grocery store?
A
This product is highly concentrated. This allows you the flexibility to dilute according to the task. Micro-emulsion allows our Orange Concentrate to penetrate, wet, and clean faster than others on the market. You really need to try it to appreciate its superior quality.
Q
You advertise that your wax actually excels on high performance boats. Can you elaborate?
A
There are several reasons for this claim. First of all, our Waxing Frenzy is chemically formulated for no-wax buildup. Once applied, it will remove previous applications and replace with itself. This helps to reduce drag. Secondly, you will achieve a deeper, longer lasting finish using our wax. Most high performance boats have brilliant graphics and are often clear coated. As our wax is designed to work equally well on both gelcoat and clear coat, we have you covered either way. Third, Waxing Frenzy can be applied to surfaces up to 120 degrees and protects up to 1200 degrees. You can wax your exhaust pipes, props, etc. and maintain protection and shine even after several uses.
